Reservation policies

Cancellation

– Up to 14 days before scheduled tour 80% of full payment will be refunded.

– 2 – 13 days before scheduled tour 50% of full payment will be refunded.

– Less than 48 hours before scheduled tour the full cost will be charged.

Kirunadogsled.com reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions. In such case you will be refunded the whole amount.

Kirunadogsled.com reserves the right to change the tours by the conditions

– Changing the starting point due to snow conditions.

– In some cases the maximum number of guests on a tour is changed.
